Church is not about how you look, what you do, how you sound, or even how well you sing. Just come as you are and join us at 10am for our Family Service. During the service we will sing songs, pray, and read from the bible before Steve King shares a message with us.

After the service refreshments will be served where you will have an opportunity to get to know us better.

If you already have a link with a church, we would encourage you to make a special effort to attend on Easter Sunday to worship and thank God.

If you do not have a church that you regard as your own, then we would like to invite you to worship with us. It may even be that we are your nearest place of Christian worship. If you do visit us on Easter Sunday, or at any other time, you will find us a welcoming church irrespective of your race, colour or social background.

We believe that the Christian message is as relevant today as it was almost 2000 years ago. Our family service, at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning, is just that – a family service – and we welcome children of all ages. We have facilities for a Sunday school for the children during the service, and afterwards there is tea and coffee and conversation.

On Januray 3rd 2010 we started a new series of studies during the family service on Romans. Each service has been recorded and all future services in the series will also be recorded. ‘Back to Church’ is a national campaign and 2009 is the first we at Victoria Hall have participated. Back to Church Sunday is specifically designed to increase church attendance by inviting neighbours and friends back to church. You do not need to be an experienced “Church Goer” to join with us, everyone is welcome you can come as you are.

Our special “Back to Church” service will be our Family service. It starts at 10am on Sunday 27th September. During the service we will sing some modern and traditional hymns, there will be a time of prayer and a message will be delivered by Brian Hunt. During the message there is the option of the children going to the Sunday School in the room next door (parents are welcome to go too).

After the service tea and coffee will be available.

At last the summer is here and the BBQ season begins. At Victoria Hall we have a monthly BBQ at Frimley Lodge Park on the last Sunday of the month during the months of May, June, July and August. The afternoon is a good time of  fun and friendship with Games, Time to Talk with each other, some good food and a very short talk based around the Bible.

The BBQ’s start at 3.30 with food being served between 4.30 and 5. There is no fixed finishing time it is very dependent on the weather. On days when the weather is good people tend to stay around until early evening.

We can be found on the grass area near the minature railway and it is best to park in car park 2.

This year the BBQ are on 31st May, 28th June, 26th July  and 6th September (I know it is not the last Sunday of the month!)

Peter has worked in Italy and Albania for many years in church planting and teaching. His present ministry is mainly in Albania.
 
He will be speaking at the family service on the feeding of the five thousand and in the evening showing slides of his work also some bible teaching

We have only been able to test the site using an Apple and would welcome feedback and suggestions from users of other devices.
